1. The donations made does not make the applicant a permanent employee, agent or legal representative of Ganga Sena Sewa Trust, nor does it give him/her any authority to speak for contract to Ganga Sena Sewa Trust Or the society.
2. Payments shall be accepted in the form of DD/Pay order favoring “Ganga Sena Sewa Trust” payable at Dehradun or by debit and credit card authorizing the society to charge for the donation.
3. The society reserves the right to reject /return for review or complete any application form found incomplete in any respect.
4. The society will confirm Identification (ID) of donors only after receipt and realization of full payment by a crossed demand draft. The donors are advised to sponsor new references in their down line only after their own ID has been confirmed.
5. TDS and all government taxes and duties shall be deducted as applicable. In case of any change of address, Phone number or e-mail or any such vital information, It is the responsibility of the applicant to keep the society informed through the hard copy/signed letter.
6. Donation made to the society is not refundable under any circumstances.
7. In the event of death of an applicant, the rights and the responsibilities of the applicant are passed on to the legal heirs, as per the law. The legal heirs shall be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herein and /or as agreed by the applicant subsequently.
8. The society reserves the right to alter/change the payout plan, incentive structure, project plan, or terms and conditions to be applicable to all the applicants as amended by the society from time to time at its sole discretion.
9. Donors/applicants agree to it and would abide by such changes and takes complete responsibility to stay abreast of such developments communicated in such manner.
10. Applicants indemnifies and holds the society harmless against all claims made by any third party and any related damages and expenses arising out of or connected with the applicants conduct or any liability what so ever or violations of terms and conditions.
11. The use of logo, promotional material, web images, and written material distribution is solely at the discretion of the society and written permission is required for any otherwise means of correspondence.
12. The society may terminate the applicant without prior notice if found against the interest of the society. The right of the terminated member/applicant to receive compensation (In whatever form) from the society ceases from the date of termination.
13. The ID and password being issued cannot be sold, rented, or otherwise transferred or offered for use to third party. Further the ID and password is to be used for lawful and legitimate activities only.
14. The society shall not be responsible for any cash received by any person for the donation & other purposes on behalf of the society and not received by the society. Kindly make your payment by DD, Credit card and Debit card only and write your name ,ID No. address and mobile no behind the DD.
15. Society shall not be responsible for any cash payment made at any place or payments made to any person and non – functioning of web site due to any technical reasons.
16. The donors/applicants shall comply with the cyber laws as in force from time to time.
17. The donors can send their filled up application forms through Internet or by registered post/courier or personally by hand along with DD/pay order.
18. All matters/disputes relating to the project plan shall be referred to arbitration of sole arbitrator to be appointed by the society and no civil court shall have any jurisdiction to adjudicate upon it.
19. In any case, all disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts with regard to the reference of dispute to arbitration located at Dehradun only.
20. The decision of board of management in any respect would be the final, no communication would be accepted other wise from the applicants.

22. You agree that you shall not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trade mark notices) which may be affixed to or contained within the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that Ganga Sena Sewa Trust is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such web sites or resources.
24. The applicant understands that he is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.
25. All the schemes are purely for the social security and welfare purpose and for the promotion of socio economic development activities only and the incentive plans vice versa.
26. The applicant must read carefully the conditions for insurance coverage, the insurance package and related terms should be understood as per the qualifying norms. The society shall not be responsible for any damage or loss.
